The Cabinet allowed to delay the submission of military accounting documents to citizens living in the occupied territories, as well as persons who left abroad from the Tot and zones of active fighting. During its meeting on July 9, the government amended the order of organization and maintenance of military accounting of conscripts, conscripts and reservists. This is reported in the Cabinet of Ministers.

These changes delay the submission of military accounting documents of persons living exclusively on temporarily occupied Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Such changes also apply to persons who went abroad from these territories and territories of active fighting. "Such citizens need to submit military accounting documents at the place of study within seven days after the end of the martial law," the Cabinet of Ministers said.
