The main purpose of the project is to create an automated system for the control and accounting of military personnel. Upon completion of the development, the system will be combined with the MIA bases to control the documents for departure and migrant systems, DIBDR, Rosrestrom, Roskadastrom and INP, as well as customers database with mobile operators. After the start of work, the system will allow total control over the conscripts, including those who do not live at the place of residence.
So the Russian Federation will deliver summons through SMS, emails and even social networks. Everyone should appear in the military enlistment offices within the specified time. The conscripts will completely lose access to the opportunity to leave the territory of the Russian Federation without permission. They will also be limited to the use of public services and services. If necessary, persons will block bank accounts, access to payment systems or even retirement accumulation.
Employers plan to report that their employees are evading mobilization. According to scouts, the system should work at the beginning of February 2023. Moreover, the occupiers are introducing military records of men from 17 to 65 years in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. They will now be called.
