The UNS publication states that the defenders caused the loss of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the site between the Donetsk airport and the village of Experimental. We will remind, on August 15 the President and the Supreme Commander Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the positions of several units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region. During his meeting with the defenders, he saw a map of the front line and spoke with the commanders of the units.
Fighters of the K-2 battalion 54 of the Armed Forces Brigades turned into a scrap of Russian howitzer D-30 and KAMAZ. The press service noted that it happened in an industrial zone in Donetsk region. Russian invaders tried to hide the installation among thick vegetation, but it did not help to protect it. The warriors of the Griffon UAV unit together with the soldiers of the 501st Separate Battalion of the Marine Infantry eliminated the enemy BMP-2.
