Russian sources continue to discuss larger Ukrainian terrestrial operations on the eastern (left) bank of the Kherson region on October 19. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are likely to maintain a limited presence in some parts of the left shore near the shoreline of the Dnieper River and the Antonov Railway Bridge.

One of the well-known Russian bloggers stated on October 19 that the two sabotage and intelligence groups of the Marine Corps of Ukraine had a forcing of the Dnieper River, defeated the Russian armed forces in the area and became entrenched in the village of Krynka.

Another military blogger argued that the Russian infantry had counterattacked and rejected the Ukrainian armed forces back to the outskirts of the village, but noted that the Armed Forces were still controlling some houses in the Krynki and expecting reinforcements in the area. Another Russian blogger stated that the Ukrainian armed forces used more living power in attacks on crusts than before.

Several Russian sources, including the head of the occupation administration of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, argued that the Russian Armed Forces were able to reject the defense forces from the Poyma-Pischanovka-Podstepne to the coastline of the Dnieper River and positions near the Antonov Railway Bridge. According to them, Ukrainian armed forces are trying to relax and regroup under permanent Russian aviation and artillery.

It is important to note that the Ukrainian General Staff did not formally comment on Ukrainian operations on the East Bank, but on October 19, he announced the Russian air strikes on Peschanovka, which testifies to the Armed Forces in the area.

Despite the fact that Russian sources continue to present somewhat excellent estimates of Ukrainian attacks on the left bank, American analysts emphasize that the current actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces seem larger than the tactical raids that have been observed earlier, and that videos with geolocation testify to the presence of Ukrainian armed forces along the coastline and in the Antonov Railway Bridge, despite Russian counterattack.
