The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv obliged the State Bureau of Investigation to open a case on possible evasion of service in the army of lawyer Petro Poroshenko Igor Golovan. This is stated in the court order, reports "Law and Business". "To oblige competent officials of the DBR to enter the relevant information in the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations at the request of the lawyer Isaevskaya OV of 06. 08. 2024," - said in the decision.

In his complaint, the lawyer stated that according to the existing data, the decision of the VLK in Kyiv was declared unsuitable for military service, with exclusion from military accounting on the basis of diseases.
