Eyewitnesses to the incident told reporters that the block was about 20 centimeters thick and after falling it flew into many pieces. It soon became known that 34-year-old Fedor Kuzmin was killed in the medical institution, who was injured and was taken to intensive care. According to the Russian media, he was the deputy director of the Moscow company, which is engaged in the production of stairs. As a result of the fall of the ice, it received a fracture of the spine, rupture of the liver and internal bleeding. The man has three children.
