The Russian attack on the city began around 22:35 hours: the head of Kharkiv Ova Oleg Synigubov informed that the sounds of explosions were heard in Kharkiv. The air forces reported that several groups of Russian UAVs from the eastern direction were heading to the city. In the following minutes, about 20 explosions occurred in Kharkiv, said "Public". According to preliminary data of Igor Terekhov, an industrial district of the city was in Kharkiv.
"According to preliminary information, a fire is on the site," the mayor said. Oleg Synigubov also reported that the fire had risen in the Nemyshlyansky district of the city as a result of the shelling. "The SES units and emergency medical care teams work in enhanced mode," the OVA chairman emphasized. Public correspondents reported that in Kharkiv there were problems with electricity as a result of shelling. In one of the areas of the city there are interruptions with electricity supply.
There was no information about the victims and the consequences of the attack at the time of the publication. The air forces informed that the traffic of drones to the West was recorded in Kharkiv region. We will remind, on October 6, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synigubov reported that the Russian UAV attacked the chairman and secretary of the Boriv community in Kharkiv region.
