The total savings of Germany will hit 30 priority projects for the Armed Forces, including air defense systems, artillery and drones. Problems can also occur with ammunition supplies, writes German tabloid Bild. The supply of German weapons to Ukraine is at risk of disrupting due to the decision of the German government. The military support of the Ukrainian army is based on the government's decision to allocate additional financial assistance to Ukraine. Continuous deliveries of all weapons promised to Ukraine are now threatened: the new requirements of the Ministry of Finance are "changing the rules of the game", the document said.

According to another German edition of Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung, Germany will cease to receive applications for military assistance to Ukraine because of the fierce savings. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine declares the manipulative of these statements, since the budget of Germany for 2025 will be approved in November 2024. The German Defense Ministry is convinced that the reduction of financial aid has already led to consequences.

Requests for spare parts for self -propelled howls of the sample of 2000 can no longer be closed as they need to be purchased. The German Defense Ministry cannot continue to fulfill the obligations under new supports of the Armed Forces, the refusal will affect 30 priority measures for Ukraine for more than 3 billion euros. In particular, it will affect air defense, artillery and drones. Additional problems can arise with supplies of ammunition that have promised Ukraine. The Ministry's report states that there are now continuous supply of all weapons systems promised to Ukraine.

The new requirements of the Ministry of Finance of Germany are "a change in the rules of the game after its starts. " We will remind, on August 15, Germany announced a significant military assistance package for Ukraine, which will be transferred by the end of 2024. The package will include two IRIS-T SLM SPR batteries, two other Iris-T SLS batteries, as well as 10 Gepard self-propelled installations with 35mm guns.
