According to journalists, checkpoints were launched on the roads near Minsk and selectively checking machines. Near the capital of Belarus, local military searches for Russian soldiers who could escape from the military unit, taking with them combat weapons. About it on Friday, January 6, Belsat reports with reference to information of readers and local media. So, according to Belarusian journalists, to find deserters, there are checkpoints on the roads and selectively check the passing cars.

In particular, one of the checkpoint was noticed on the Zaslavia-Kolodishche route. Also under Minsk, eyewitnesses saw a bus with a military near a local shop. At the same time, Belarusian law enforcement officers ask visitors to “strengthen vigilance” and report suspicious persons. We will remind, Oleksandr Lukashenko on Friday, January 6, visited the 230th All-Military "Ovz-Lisnovsky" landfill in the city of Baranovichi of Brest region of Belarus.

The Russian military unit of the joint Belarusian-Russian regional group of troops (RUV) is stationed here. Earlier, on January 5, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus declared their intention to conduct joint training with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The military formation of air and space forces will take part in the Russian Federation.
