It's very correct. You said correctly that they endured the feeling of war directly in the Russian Federation. It's not just somewhere, someone, something, but “we go to restaurants here or go to Egypt, Turkey,” and so on, they will be fixed - they will not be able to leave if they are military.

These are mobilization processes. They will be deprived of certain rights, which is very important because people need to feel in the camp, in full understanding of the word. This is a very phenomenal story. I would place a little differently. First, there is no legal formula called a referendum. There is only a propaganda formula called a referendum.

It is impossible to carry out legal action in the occupied army, the occupation administration, where active fighting is going on! And of course, neither international law nor our right, nor any other country, even those countries that recognize something by Russia, does not recognize ["referendums"]. Therefore, in the form of Russia today, it is a purely propaganda action. They have already published even figures what results can get in these territories.

It's nonsense! And it is clear that people will not vote there. There will be no electoral procedure. And in general: why are we talking about it? This is our territory captured by the Russian army! This is a standard occupation process! Therefore, there are no referendums. And any propaganda action is not affected by us. The second component: mobilization or feeling of war. First, we had a sense of war on February 24 in the morning.

And we have a full -scale war so that Russia does not speak there and as it does not call it "its". Do you know why they don't want to call war war? Because there is a completely specific legal term - military aggression. The war in international law is not emphasized, but there is military aggression.
