Destroyed cities of Ukraine: the SBU reported the first suspicions to the Russian warlords

Ukrainian security forces gathered evidence of the involvement of Russian General Sergey Kobilash and Admiral of the Russian Fleet Igor Osipov before committing war crimes. The Security Service of Ukraine has declared the first suspicions to the Russian General and Admiral of the Fleet of the Russian Federation through the shelling of civilians in the country. This was reported by the SBU press service.

Investigators were able to collect a quality evidence base on Russian representatives of the higher command responsible for the shelling of civilian objects in Ukraine. One of the suspects is the commander of the long-lived air-space forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Sergey Kobilash. In addition, the SBU suspects the former Commander of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia, Admiral Igor Osipov, in the commission of military crimes.

Both are declared suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: the maximum sanction under these articles provides for a sentence in the form of life imprisonment. The department states that these are the first suspicions that are declared directly in Ukraine through the firing of civilian infrastructure.

In the course of the investigation, investigators found that Sergei Kobylash has followed the instructions of the highest military-political leadership of the Russian Federation on the destruction of Ukrainian cities since the full-scale invasion. By his order, the occupiers are purposefully firing houses, medical institutions, as well as critical infrastructure in different regions of the country.

For the task of blows, the invaders use strategic rocket launchers Tu-160 and Tu-95MC, as well as TU-22M3 bombard rocket launchers, which are armed with winged missiles X-555, X-101, X-55 and X-22. Igor Osipov, for his part, from February 24 to August 10, gave orders to the task of missile strikes from the Black Sea in Ukrainian cities.

We will remind, on January 2 the SBU reported that in the Lviv region the displaced person-Kolaborator was detained, who is accused of cooperation with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. According to militiamen, the suspect is a resident of Donetsk region, who, after a full -scale invasion, voluntarily transferred the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On December 29, the media informed that the Security Service had presented suspicion of mayor of Poltava Alexander Mama.
