According to investigators of the DBR, the products were in Ukrainian customs warehouses before the full -scale war. They were ordered by one of the Ukrainian companies. The court in Ukraine confiscated the metal production of Kiberstal, which belongs to Russian billionaire Andriy Komarov, the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) reported on September 6.

According to law enforcement officers, metal products worth almost 3 million hryvnias, which was stored in the warehouses of Ukrainian customs even before the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, was transferred to the Office of the Agency for Investigation and Asset Management (ARMA). "The customer of the goods was one of the Ukrainian enterprises. And the manufacturer is the Russian enterprise of the Russian billionaire Andrei Komarov," the DBR said.

The decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) dated October 19, 2022, it applied sanctions for a term of 10 years, including the restriction of trade operations. According to Soil, in May 2023, Ukrainian entrepreneurs, using numerous gaset firms, tried to clear the Russian product. But their plan was not possible due to the timely response of the staff of the Bureau of Investigation.

Currently, the pre -trial investigation is undergoing a set of necessary measures in order to prosecute persons who tried to do business with the Russian billionaire. We will remind, on September 5 it was reported that the DBR reported suspicion of a law enforcement officer who sold information about dead people. According to investigators of the DBR, a law enforcement officer from Nikolaev sold confidential information about dead people to a firm engaged in the provision of ritual services.
