Local authorities have already accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine in explosions. It is reported that private homes were destroyed as a result of rocket firing, and an electrical substation was damaged. On the night of September 16 in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation, a series of explosions occurred in the settlement of Valuyka. The governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on Telegram.

He stated that it was allegedly firing the city of Valuyki, which causes the substation to fail, and therefore the locals began with electricity supply. Moreover, Gladkov wrote about the death of one person in his message. "There was also an ignition of eight private residential buildings on school and three cars. According to preliminary information, one peaceful resident was killed. Two victims were provided at the site," he wrote.
