The Russian Federation has wanted the chairman of the International Criminal Court, which issued a warrant for Putin's arrest

On the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the card Ibanies Carrans, a native of Peru, in the field "nationality" stands the word "no", while in the cards of Hoffmansky and Schmitta nationality is indicated correctly. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has wanted the chairman of the International Criminal Court, Petro Hoffmansky, his deputy Lus Del Carmen Ibanies Carrans and Judge Brtrama Schmitt.

This is stated in a message on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, all three are "wanted under the Article of the Criminal Code". There are no details in the search cards. The Russian Media Language Portal states that the card of Ibaniess Carrans, a native of Peru, in the field "nationality" stands the word "no", while in the cards of Hofman and Schmitta nationality is correctly indicated.

In addition to the judges, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia also wanted the MCS Prosecutor Karim Khan. In March this year against him and three judges of the ISS - Tomoko Akane, Rosario Salvatore Aitala and Sergio Herardo Ugalde Godinz - the investigative committee of Russia opened criminal cases of "prosecution deliberately innocent and preparation for an attack on a representative ".

We will remind, on March 17, the court in Hague issued a warrant for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin, considering him guilty of illegal deportation of thousands of children from Ukraine. So, if the Russian leader now comes to one of the Member States of the International Criminal Court, it should be arrested. Russia stated that such a decision allegedly had no legal consequences for the country and its president.

The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova stressed that the country did not sign the Roman Statute of the International Criminal Court and is not obliged to obey it. In turn, the Presidential President Dmitry Peskov said that the warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Putin is "worthless" from a legal point of view. Namely, establishing the question of the responsibility of the Russian leader is unacceptable.
