Currently, citizens without a military accounting document may register the right to real estate and movable property. According to the lawyer of Marina Bekalo, changes in these issues should be expected soon. Military citizens from 18 to 60 years old cannot receive some public services without a military accounting document. The lawyer Marina Bekalo told the details in the comment "TSN. UA". According to Backalo, men abroad without a military ticket cannot receive consular services.

"What are these services? For example, obtaining a passport document, a certificate of power of attorney, contracts, certification of documents, registration of acts of civil status," - said Marina Bekalo. The exception may be: in addition, men cannot marry without a military accounting document in Ukraine. It is also impossible: at the same time, it is possible to register the right to real estate, namely land, housing or non -residential real estate without a military ticket.

The same applies to vehicles. "But judging by what pace the rights of conscripted men aged 18-60 years, in particular in receiving administrative services are limited, it is likely that changes should be expected soon and in issues of state registration of rights to movable and real estate,"-added she.
