Mikhailov added that earlier in CIT it was believed that there would be a Russian offensive in the Izium direction, but the concentration of Russian technology there is not enough even to successfully restrain Ukrainian offensive actions. Before that, Mikhailov said that the Armed Forces were successful in the Izium direction - they advanced several kilometers.
