The "experienced" evictor stated that he could not take weapons in his hands through faith: how he was punished

The Ukrainian convinced the court that he is a parishioner of "Jehovah's Witnesses" and was forbidden to fight. However, as it turned out, the religious organization did not hear about it. In Ukraine, they have been condemned by a cracker, who for the second time abandoned military service allegedly because of his religious views. The details are known from the verdict of the Ivanichiv District Court of Volyn region of December 11.

A native of the village of Drevini - married and holds three children. Two of them minors - 17 years and 1. 4 years. The name and age of the convicted person is unknown. Since 1996, the man has been registered as a military. He was recognized as the Military Medical Commission (VLK) and is not entitled to a deferral of conscription. On June 1 this year, the Ukrainian received a "combat summons" and signed it.

Already on June 7, he had to appear at the collection point, where he was planned to be sent to the military unit. However, the man did not arrive at the specified place for the appointed place, which was qualified as evasion. In court, the evidenceman stated that he and his family were the parishioners of the organization "Jehovah's Witnesses". "He attends the meeting of the organization.

Judging by the canons that preach the postulates of the faith of the Igov Witnesses, he has no right to take the arms, and therefore he refuses to perform the conscription for military service for mobilization," - reported in the sentence. The resident of Volyn confessed that he was already convicted in 1995 - for refusing to pass military service.

"He knows that Igov's Witnesses Organization is not registered in the territory of Ukraine, after the start of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, he practically did not attend the assembly. The organization has no permanent assembly," - said in court. The Ukrainian insisted that because of his religious views could not serve in the Armed Forces. He also disagrees the alternative service. He does not recognize his "believer".

However, the court had doubts that the evidence is indeed a parishioner of "Jehovah's Witnesses". According to the village council, he is not a believer in any of the 30 religious organizations of the community. Moreover, the Center of Jehovah's Witnesses stated that the man did not belong to their association. The evil was found guilty, appointing him a three -year imprisonment. Recall that journalists figured out if FOP could get a reservation or delay from mobilization.
