According to journalists, Colonel Ivan Mertvetsov was responsible for his conscription. He threatened military problems in his career if he does not buy him a washing machine worth at least 70 thousand rubles. In Moscow, an employee of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Administration of the General Staff of the Russian Federation Colonel Ivan Mertvetsov was arrested.

He is accused of receiving a bribe in the form of a washing machine from the military commissioner of the United Military Commissariat (DEC) Ramenka. The Russian edition of "merchant" told this with reference to sources. According to journalists, the 235 Moscow garrison court sent a suspect for two months under house arrest. He fully pleaded guilty. It is reported that Deadvetsov was responsible for his conscription.

The plans of the colonel marked the check of DECs in various neighborhoods of Moscow in connection with the conscript campaign, which began on November 1. A week before, he called a military DEC and reported that he was going to come with a check. At the same time, Ivan Miliavetsov hinted that the affairs of the military enlistment office are bad: there are problems with a set of recruits, and if everything is normal with the documentation, then he will find something to catch.

In addition, he threatened the military that in the future he may have problems with the promotion of career steps. The colonel offered to solve the problem by the officer at the expense of buying a washing machine worth not less than 70 thousand rubles. The military enlisted that he agreed, but made a statement about demanding to the FSB military counterintelligence department. During the transfer of the washing machine, the Colonel of the General Staff of the Russian Federation was detained.

Against him, the case was initiated under Part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - obtaining a bribe related to extortion. Under the pressure of the evidence collected by the FSB and the investigation, the officer fully pleaded guilty. We will remind, on October 25 it was reported that an official from "Ukroboronprom" was caught in corruption. The factory director was paid for concealing frauds with unfounded payment for the supply of military goods.
