In the investigation, they told about the income of the Russian woman, who lives in Tomsk, but earns not enough to buy apartments in the center of the Ukrainian capital.

Stefanov's electronic declaration states that she owns an apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk, but lives in an apartment in Kiev. Residence occurs on terms of "loan" - that is, for free, because the money for rent is not paid, the investigators explained. Investigators in the state registers found an apartment in which the judge lives. It turned out that it was an elite residential quarter "Andersen" in the center of Kiev. The Stefan Declaration provides a price - UAH 1. 8 million. "Schemes" compared the price with data on real estate portals (about UAH 5 million) and noted that it is lower than market and three times.

The investigators then found that the owner of elite apartments lives who lives for free. The owner was found in the registers of the Russian Federation: Khoroshavtseva was registered in Tomsk and from 2008 to 2016 (when she bought the apartment) totally earned 1. 6 million rubles. At the same time she bought an apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk, in which the daughter of the Supreme Court of the Supreme Court Nadiya Mykytin (90 square meters) lives, and is the owner of another premises in the same city (102 square meters), wrote "Schemes". Meanwhile in Tomsk she owns an apartment of 60 square meters. m, which she bought in a mortgage. Journalists spoke with the hope of Stefan and the judge clarified some details about the property of the niece.

According to her, the family from Tomsk (sister with her family) planned to move to Ukraine and therefore bought real estate. Subsequently, the sister died, the plans changed, and so Stefanov settled in a family home. Meanwhile, the "schemes" were noticed in explaining the inconsistency of the dates: the sister died before buying, that is, before the plans had to be changed. When asked where the money from, Stefan said that the family in Tomsk sold her property.

But this explanation also raised doubts about the investigators, since in the Russian Federation they could not find data on some sales. "Schemes" gave an explanation of lawyers about the property of the judge. The lawyer Karina Gasimova from the NGO Dejure explained that judges and officials often register property for relatives to hide their wealth. It is especially profitable to use relatives from the Russian Federation, because then it is impossible to find out the details, added a lawyer.
