The list contains 66 channels through which Russian propaganda spreads hostile misinformation, conducts its IPSO and thus tries to form public opinion in Ukrainian society. Among the hostile tweet are channels belonging to the Presidential Administration, Russian officials, in particular Dmitry Medvedev, Dmitry Rogozin, propagandists ia on Like RT, Vesti, RIA Novosti, newspaper. ru and others.
Lists, as noted in the CPD, are needed to help social networks avoid channels through which hostile misinformation and manipulation spreads, and distinguish reliable information from fakes. In addition, the Center for Disinformation has called on the general public to report [Email Protected] about social networks, through which Russian misinformation campaigns are distributed, but which are not yet on the CPD list.
