A lot of it is said now, but it is absolutely not realized, even more complicated than a normal vote. It's not just a letter of electrome. I remember how it was organized and happened last fall in the Russian State Duma elections to ORDLO. Electronic voting requires an appropriate voting system. It needs user verification.
The verification requires, firstly, a person certifying the person, secondly, that the person who has this document and has the desire to vote, officially registered in this system. And this is not all possible. More than two thousand so -called "consulting centers" were created in Donetsk and Lugansk. At the same time, only those who had a Russian passport were used there, plus Snior (insurance number of individual personal account), which comes separately from the passport.
The certification of the south of Ukraine, as we know, has failed, that is, the Russian system is not suitable here. Collaboration will not be able to create a voting system until September 11. In addition, it requires a stable Internet. And this aspect is easily regulated by our artillerymen. So the only "real" opportunity to spend "referredums" is traditional sites, cabins, "buckwheat", brain flushing and intimidation.
