Among other important topics is the European Union loan of 90 billion euros for 2026-2027, which should be operational as soon as possible and as efficiently as possible. According to Ursula von der Leyen, this decision has already been made and cannot be overturned. "We will secure this loan in one way or another. We have various methods for this, and we will use them," the President of the European Commission assured.

The leaders paid special attention to energy support and strengthening of air defense.
