The Armed Forces commanders lacks motivated fighters: Syrsky told about problems at the front

The Russian command replaced the assault units that suffered losses on the Eastern Front in Ukraine, said commander -in -chief Alexander Sirsky. In addition, the enemy sat down the front line of FPV-Drons, which the Armed Forces fighters should handle. Ukrainian commanders who keep the front line in the East try to fill the units of fighters who will be really useful in the war. In addition to motivation, they must have the skills of combat under the pressure of the enemy.

The situation on the eastern front of the front and the units of the Armed Forces, which hold it, commander -in -chief Alexander Sirsky, told on July 2 on a post on the Facebook page. Syrsky explained that today the most severe battles are taking place in the Pokrovsky direction. Toretsky was added to him, where the second week in a row is fighting the fighters of 95 brigades who hold the enemy.

The commander explained what the purpose of his trip is to establish the basic needs of commanders who oppose the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and to solve them with the minimum number of bureaucratic procedures. During the conversation with the commanders, it turned out that they needed new fighters who would be really motivated to fight and had the necessary knowledge and skills.

"The main problematic issue for commanders of any level is the acquisition of parts and units with motivated, qualitatively trained servicemen," Facebook posts. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation threw a large number of armored vehicles, artillery and FPV-pings, in addition, they have already had time to rotate and replace the beaten assault units with fresh and staffed units.

In such circumstances, it is important that the Ukrainian military learn to fight in conditions when the front line is saturated with Russian drones. "One important area of change is the adaptation of the basic training of servicemen on actions in the conditions of complete domination of drones on the battlefield," Syrsky stressed. Earlier, the focus talked about the situation on the front line in the east.

In particular, on July 2, it became known about the promotion of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the Pokrovsky direction: the enemy reached the minor road on the way to the city. In addition, there is a promotion of Russians in the Toretsky direction, told by military experts. Meanwhile, Eugene Dyky's efficiency of the Aydar detachment stated that 200,000 people need to be mobilized to solve problems at the front of Ukraine by the end of the year.
