Over the next 10 years: Russia has begun to prepare for war with NATO - Estonian intelligence

According to the CEO of Kaupo Rossin's intelligence, the enemy has already transferred the economy to military rails and set up defense production. Much will also depend on the outcome of the war in Ukraine. Despite active fighting in Ukraine, the Russian military could already start preparing for the next war. This opinion was voiced by leaders of external and military intelligence of Estonia in an interview with Foreign Policy.

It is noted that the Kremlin began to restructure and expand its armed forces. All because of preparing for a probable future confrontation with NATO, which can happen in the next 10 years. "For Russia, everything goes more or less," said Kaupo Rosin, CEO of Estonia Foreign Intelligence Service. The Kremlin economy has already moved to military rails and defense production is growing.

The commanders could also draw some conclusions from their mistakes in Ukraine and learn to adapt more to modern realities. As a result, Moscow may be ready for the next aggression in the future. At the same time, it is still possible to do a lot to restrain Russia from sudden aggression towards NATO. "Many scenarios of the future depend on our activities in the West . . .

A specific task is to make Ukraine successful in this war, because the future of Europe depends strongly on the result of this war," the representative of Estonian intelligence added. We will remind, on March 15 the sources of journalists in the Ministry of Defense of Estonia reported that the Russian Federation can immediately stop combat if Ukraine agree to abandon the occupied territories.
