The armed forces of the invaders are conducting combat training of surface forces and naval aviation of the Black Sea Fleet. The military is working out the blocking of maritime areas, as well as the detection and destruction of civilian ships. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation conducts the preparation of ships and aviation to block the Black Sea after Russia withdraw from the Grain Agreement. This is reported in Military Media Center.

It is reported that the armed forces of the invaders intensified the combat training of the surface forces and the Maritime Aviation of the Black Sea Fleet. In particular, it is about working out the blocking of marine areas, the detection and destruction of ships. "Obviously, the Russians practice the defeat of civilian vessels that will go to and from the ports of Ukraine," - write in Military Media Center.

At the same time, the invaders continue to improve the defense system of Crimea, in particular, the Armenian and Perekopsky directions. We will remind, on July 17 in the Kremlin reported that they are not going to continue the "grain initiative", because they no longer see the meaning in it, since their terms within the agreement are allegedly not fulfilled. The major complaint of the Russian Federation is related to the absence of ammonia transit through Ukraine.

Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that since July 20, all the vessels that will go to the Black Sea in Ukrainian ports will be regarded as potential carriers of military cargoes, and the countries whose flag will be hung on such ships will be considered involved in the war on the side Ukraine.

In response, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was warned that since July 21, 2023, all vessels that head to the Black Sea in the direction of the Russian seaports and Ukrainian seaports, located in the temporarily occupied territory, will be considered as potentially dangerous. And the Ukrainian forces have the right and opportunities to respond to the actions of the Fleet of the Russian Federation. The event is making efforts to bring Russia back to the grain agreement.

Thus, the UN Secretary General, Guterrish sent a letter to Moscow, in which he outlined a plan of action and allegedly promised to execute the Russian part of the agreement within the agreement. Russia reported that they were ready to cooperate with the UN to ensure the safety of Ukrainian grain exports if their terms are fulfilled.
