The Russian Federation claims that the military allegedly executed the commander's order and decided that the identified man was holding pro -Russian views.
The Russian investigation says that the incident was examined in the case and witnesses were questioned. In particular, 9 examinations and two investigative experiments were allegedly conducted. The court of the Russian Federation acknowledged that the evidence collected was sufficient to make a sentence of Alexander Kovalik. He was therefore appointed 25 years in prison in a strict regime correctional colony.
