According to Bloomberg, Moscow sends Washington signals through intermediaries about openness to negotiations on the end of the war in Ukraine. According to the sources of the publication, signals were given to high -ranking American officials in December due to an unnamed mediator.
According to them, Moscow is ready to consider the abandonment of the requirements for the neutral status of Ukraine and even the position on the failure of Kiev to NATO in exchange for the recognition of new regions in Russian. Recall that Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak, Ukraine is ready for negotiations with Russia for the end of the war, but this can only happen under certain conditions.
