On the left -bank part of the Kherson region, the occupiers increase measures for forced certification of local. Doctors were given a team not to help people who do not have Russian documents. Yuri Sobolevsky, the head of the executive apparatus of the Kherson Regional Council, announced this in the morning of March 20.

"Occupation authorities on the Left Bank Kherson region restricts the public to medical services. Doctors have received a team not to provide medical services to people without an insurance policy of the Russian Federation, which cannot be issued without a Russian passport," Sobolevsky wrote. The official said that in this way the invaders were trying to force the local citizenship to make local citizenship.

"In general, the humanitarian situation on the left bank is very difficult," - stated a representative of the regional council.
