This is not a fiction or exaggeration - it is the reality we face every day. The command crosses the boundaries of the intelligent: the artillerymen are stormed because there are no shells. So doctors will soon be sent to the trenches because there is no infantry to be rescued? This is not a tactic - it is self -destruction.
And this happens under the guise of loud words about "heroism" and "necessity. " Orders like "restore lost positions" sound simply and spectacular, especially from the rear headquarters. But those who give these orders do not know what to keep circular defense, ask for fire for a ban on or desperately wait for an evacuation that will not be. It is not a strategy or military art. It is a cruel ignoring of the realities of the front. We lose people. Daily. Foolish and unsuccessfully.
And instead of honestly confessing failures and looking for new approaches, we are fed with illusions about the control of the situation. Key problems: it is not "heroism", it is a systematic destruction of your own army. Reality does not change from silence. We need to stop hiding behind slogans and start admitting mistakes.
