According to the military, new applications from volunteers are received by the brigade daily. "We are a military unit that selects absolutely all positions. We have a lot of applications that we work out, they come every day," said Igor Godlevsky. According to the head of the recruiting department, the signatories of the contract are already receiving the first payments. "The trend goes to increase, and it cannot but rejoice," he said.

Igor Godlevsky noted that the potential candidate for service in the 95th ODSBR is undergoing psychological selection, testing and the Military Medical Commission. "If a person comes to us and is recognized as a VLK suitable for service in the airborne troops-he will serve us on a contract," the recruiter said. The Project "Contract 18-24" started in Ukraine on February 11.

The Ministry of Defense explained that volunteers will receive a payment of UAH 1 million (except 120 thousand hryvnias per month) for the year of service, permission to travel abroad and a delay from mobilization after completion of service, the opportunity to study at the chosen institution of higher education, to receive a mortgage. The conditions also stated that young people will serve in the forefront in combat positions.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Dmitry Lazutkin on February 11 told in detail about the conditions proposed by the contract 18-24. It is expected that one million hryvnias will receive in parts: the first 200 thousand immediately after signing the contract, the next 300 thousand after passing a five -day base military training, and the remaining 500 thousand on the day of withdrawal from the personnel lists after the contract is completed.

On February 12, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced that an application for a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine aged 18-24 can be submitted in the "reserve+" application. On February 18, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense Dmitry Lazutkin said that more than 10,000 people were submitted in the Project "18-24" in the Reserve+application.
