Law enforcement officers noted that the man acted not himself, but had two accomplices. They turned out to be a couple-a 33-year-old man and his 25-year-old wife.
With the help of Russian instructions, they made a homemade explosive device for a terrorist attack, hidden it in a package, put it in a predetermined place and monitored it until the "performer" took the package. To get away from the suspicion of a person, they took with them their own three -year -old child. The police noted that the couple planned to carry out another terrorist attack in the city. Law enforcement officers managed to warn him. Now all three are detained and are in custody.
