The 20-Paluba Global Dream II, designed for 9,000 passengers, will break before commissioning. The company that built it went bankrupt, and those who wanted to buy this monster were never found. The German-Hongong company MV Werften, which owns three shipyards in Germany, declared bankruptcy earlier this year. It had several unfinished projects, in particular, Global Dream II, which was assigned state supervision.
