The head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory stated that the war split...

The Russian Federation forcibly "traveled" in the occupied territory of more than 4 million Ukrainians

The head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory stated that the war split Ukrainian society into four communities, between which there are breaks. The Russian Federation has begun to publish its passports in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine since 2014. Thus, the aggressor state forced more than 4 million Ukrainians to receive a passport of the Russian Federation in various ways.

This was stated on March 8 by the head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory (UIPP) Anton Drobovich, writes Ukrinform news agency. Drobovich, speaking at the International Conference "War and Moral Case for the Future" in Lviv, stressed that most people were forced to receive these passports because they would not have medicine, education, social security, housing.

The Center for National Resistance emphasizes that pressure on Ukrainians, who disagree with the passports of the aggressor country, continues in the temporarily occupied territories. "The invaders began to emphasize that from July 1, all Ukrainians without a passport will be considered foreigners in their native land. In this case, they will need to obtain a residence permit that needs to be constantly confirmed.

, preferential programs, and will not have the right to transactions with their own property, " - the message reads. That is, in fact, the Russians blackmail Ukrainians - to change the demographic composition of the captured regions. Earlier it was reported that in Kherson region the occupiers spend "passport" raids. We will remind, according to the CNS, the invaders take housing even from those who received a passport of the Russian Federation.

The UNPP chairman said the war divided Ukrainian society into four communities, between which there are breaks. "The first and largest community is civilian people who" have chosen Ukraine and hold it. " millions of Ukrainians, "Drobovich said. The second community, he said, is the military. Her ethos is the defense of the country. The third community of UINP Chairman called up to 8 million Ukrainians who were forced to leave the country, escaping from the war.

Most of them support the two mentioned communities. The fourth community, according to Drobovich, is those Ukrainians who are in the temporarily occupied territory. They cannot openly support Ukraine, and they should look for a way to stay themselves. They are constantly threatened, are forced to "certify" and participate in pseudo -elections. "Obviously, this is the contours of the great moral gap of Ukrainians . . .

After all, the concept of good and evil, everyday life, the question of how to protect each other and whether to do it, these communities are different. And accordingly, social practices are different," Drobovich added. . We will remind, Focus wrote that Russians in Mariupol spend "rounds" on local and carry special forces. In addition, pensioners living in the occupied territories are offered a one -time payment of 5 thousand Russian rubles by the occupying power.
