According to journalists of the project, NGL. Media, the current deputy of the Poltava Regional Council and at the same time the Russian businessman Mykola Koretsky has even a "cherry on the cake" - financial and moral support of the Russian Church in Ukraine.

The deputy of the Poltava Regional Council from the Batkivshchyna faction Mykola Koretsky and at the same time the owner of one of the largest manufacturers of communal technology "Alfacex" in the country and has not yet abandoned Russian assets and continues to do business in the Russian Federation. At the same time, according to them, the entrepreneur is inadequate to respond to questions about business in Russia and insists that he has become a victim of circumstances. According to journalists, 54-year-old Mykola Koretsky began in the 1990s of the last century from resale to Russia Kremenchug trucks KrAZ-where he created an effective dealer network.

After 2014, the businessman turned his company "Alfacex" into a machine -building enterprise for the production of communal special equipment, where both MAZ spare parts and other foreign manufacturers were used. And Koretsky - the current member of the Poltava Regional Council from the Batkivshchyna Party, which is fond of football and hockey, and actively supports the UOC -MP, as openly declared in the deputy report for 2022.

At the same time, he not only finances the construction and other needs of "Russian Orthodoxy", but also participated in its synod, initiated an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada in support of the church, which is incompletely legitimate in Ukraine. The last declaration of Mykola Koretsky concerns his property status in 2020.

And here, according to journalists, he declared, without hiding, everything is possible - his companies in Ukraine, Russia, real estate in the Russian Federation, millions of amounts in the Swiss bank and loans from banks in Marshall and Virgin Islands. Since then, the Koretsky declarations have not filed, although he should, so it is impossible to evaluate changes in his financial situation under the condition of martial law.

However, in the fall of 2023, Mykola Koretsky founded two charitable foundations in Kremenchug - "The Way of Good and Support" and "Present Hope". According to journalists, Koretsky did not give up Russian assets and after a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, his enterprises continue to work in the aggressor country.

It is now known about such a Russian business deputy of the regional self -government body: when journalists wanted to talk to Koretsky about his current business in Russia, he practically refused to answer the questions on the merits and called the journalists' questions provocation. Media journalists did not calm down and asked the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to officially clarify how Ukrainians can now close business or withdraw from business founders in Russia. However, in response, only advice "contact the competent authorities of the Russian Federation from the raised question directly or through an authorized person. " The key business unit of Koretsky-Alfatex plant-is located in Kremenchug in Poltava region.

This enterprise is considered one of the leaders in the production of communal equipment in Ukraine. According to the estimates of the investigation, since February 24, 2022, this company concluded agreements by almost 900 million hryvnias, taking second place in its segment. Back in 2018, Alfaex bought accessories from the Russian firm Kommash-Graz, the main customer of which is today the Russian Defense Ministry.

In addition, as journalists learned, Alfacex was a dealer of the Belarusian MAZ trucking plant in 2015, but there is currently no opportunity to order equipment from Belarus on the site. However, the company's website states that, in addition to the production of its own equipment, "Alfatex" is the official dealer of several foreign companies - SOCAGE, Klubb France, Hidrokon, XCMG, Shacman, Dayun Group. Among the customers in Koretsky - utilities from many settlements of Ukraine.

But the top ten looks like this. By the way, journalists noted that the largest customer of the Koretsky enterprise was the state -owned company "Operator of the GTS of Ukraine", which, for example, in March last year ordered the Koretsky equipment of French production for UAH 58. 3 million. However, the order is not fulfilled and Koretsky did not receive money.

But about the Russian business of his counterparty "GTS operator" did not know, according to the head of the corporate communications department Yevgeny Buzikin. He also did not know about the Russian connections of his partner and another major customer of equipment in Koretsky - KP "Cherkasy Operational Management of Road" (Cheuace) of the Cherkasy City Council.

The tender documents even state that Alfacex is not under the influence of economic sanctions and other restrictions on Russian business in Ukraine. Cheuas Director Hryhoriy Zaichichko also stated NGL. Media that Alfaex was checked using YouControl and found no links with Russia. According to journalists, it is too strange, because immediately on the company's homepage on YouControl it is indicated that it has a likely connection with the aggressor country.
