Strengthening mobilization in Ukraine: how punished a man who did not get on military accounting

The Ukrainian received a summons and had to come to the shopping center for registration. However, on the appointed date, he did not appear, causing the defendants to fall. In Zhytomyr region, a man who did not come to the CCC for military records was sentenced. This was known from the sentence of the Romaniv district court of Zhytomyr region of April 25. The convicted - a native of the village of Golubin, who is to be taken on military accounting.

On April 8, 2024, he was signed by the summons, which demanded the appearance of the military enlistment office the next day - for military registration. The man was warned about the consequences of ignoring the summons, and he signed that he was informed. However, at the time appointed on April 9, he did not wait for him at the Tax Code. The verdict stated that there were no valid reasons for the failure to appear on the summons.

His act was qualified as evasion of military accounting by a resident of Zhytomyr region "undoubtedly recognized his guilt" and agreed to the case without his presence. He did not explain his failure to appear in the shopping center. The court found it guilty and imposed a fine - 500 non -taxable minimum incomes of citizens, that is, UAH 8500.
