In 2015, a plaque with the names of the UPA fighters was damaged on the monument, and the cross was repainted on the grave on the grave in 2020, the grave was damaged again: then the memorial plaque was completely broken. Over time, it was replaced with a new one, but the names of the UPA fighters on the plate were gone. The Ukrainian side did not agree with this change, but the board was still installed.
