They want to surpass: the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with a record amount of "shahas"

Intelligence of the United Kingdom is convinced that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will exceed this figure in October this year, as well as trying to increase their capabilities to carry out large -scale drone attacks in Ukraine. In September 2024, the Russian Federation launched more than 1,300 shock drones in the territory of Ukraine, which is the largest number of unmanned aircraft, launched within one month since the war. This is stated in the British intelligence report.

Currently, the Office cannot say exactly whether the Russian army will support the current figure by the end of this year. However, in a monthly comparison, this figure will be sure to overcome during October. "Based on current indicators, it is almost certain that Russia will exceed this number in October 2024," the intelligence agency said. According to British intelligence, the Russian Federation continues to expand its capabilities to carry out large -scale drone attacks in Ukraine.

In particular, the existing Iranian UAVs are also supplemented with an increase in domestic production. "The Russian Federation uses its Kamikadze drones against many goals, in particular against energy infrastructure, trying to take into account their ability to strike deep into the Ukrainian territory, and put pressure on the Ukrainian air defense system," the department states.

We will remind, on the night against October 23 the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched more than 80 shamed and other unspecified drones. 57 enemy UAVs in 12 regions of Ukraine were confirmed. 15 Russian drones have not reached targets and locked. Focus also reported that as a result of the same drone attack of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, a number of explosions in Cherkasy were heard.
