For shelling, Russian troops probably used a managed X-59 rocket. Prior to that, an alarm has been a signal in the region. On Thursday, December 14, Russian troops attacked the Dnieper with a managed aviation missile. In the city there were explosions at about 17:37. About it reports the publication "Public". This warning of launch, probably X-59, was preceded. "The managed aviation rocket from the south to the Dnieper! Urgently in shelter!" - wrote in the Air Force of Ukraine.

Note that at this point there was also air anxiety associated with the takeoff of the MiG-31K, rocket carriers of "daggers".
