"China supports the timely convening of an international peace conference recognized by Russia and Ukraine, with equal participation of all parties and a fair discussion of all peaceful options," he said. Xi Jinping has voiced four principles that China sees to "prevent exit from the crisis control" in Ukraine and restore peace. China's leader stressed that Beijing is not a party or a participant in the "Ukrainian crisis", but he in his own way promotes peace talks.
