Let's return to the Black Sea. The Russian Federation in today's state (although it still has relatively many rocket ships) in the face of the advanced development of the "mosquito" and unmanned fleet in Ukraine is simply not necessary.

It can not safely go even at a not very long distance-more than 35-40 km in land-from Novorossiysk, that is, from the protection of coast air defense and the means of fighting sea drones. That is, it cannot interfere with trade navigation, or, as fashionable to say-logistics, to the ports of the enemy (and this is the main task of any fleet in the war).

He would not be able to protect sea transportation to the ports of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea, it is simply a gift to them that Ukraine does not set such tasks, adheres to international conventions regarding the attacks of civilian vessels at sea. In any case, the Federation of the Russian Federation has completely lost the ability to plant the landing on the hostile coast, which he dreamed and even tried in the first weeks of the Great War.
