In Ukraine want to raise payments to military pensioners: who will receive more money

The government can resolve issues with the establishment of salary allowances so that the increased payments are received by citizens for years. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to change the system of allowances for work experience to employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service. In general, the size will be increased, the information in the project is evidenced by the government resolution.

The document was published for discussion on the site of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine (FPU). The explanatory note to the project states that the payment for years of service is now being paid in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Defense. At the same time, Article 13 of the Law on remuneration states that the remuneration of employees of institutions and organizations financed from the budget is carried out from the Cabinet of Ministers.

In the government, they want to bring this issue in line with the current legislation. "The relevant changes will allow the staffing potential of employees with experience in the defense sphere and will restore the interest of citizens to work in military units, institutions, institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service," the document said.

It is proposed to set the following work experience allowances: now the allowance is accrued as a percentage of salaries in the following amounts: recall that in Ukraine, combatants can count on a surcharge for a pension of 25% of the subsistence minimum set for persons who have lost efficiency. This year, the subsistence level is 2093 hryvnias, then the military with the status of a participant in retirement hostilities can receive an allowance of 523. 25 hryvnia.
