At the same time, the competition regulation does not envisage the complete exclusion of Russian and Belarussian athletes from the 2024 Olympic Games.

In Latvia, the International Sports Federations were called to support the removal of athletes from the Russian Federation and Belarus from participation in the Olympic Games.
