And this indicates an extremely low probability of achieving significant results in this meeting in favor of a long peace in Ukraine.
According to analysts, such a conclusion can be drawn, taking into account several factors: the ISW emphasized that the repetition of the Russian side of the long -made requirements and the re -sending of a lower -level delegation indicates that Moscow's lack of interest in conducting bona fide negotiations.
