To spread: The United States first sell weapons to Europe, then resold Ukraine with a margin of 10%. The money earned by the US can partially go to payment of Ukraine's security guarantees. This was stated by US Finance Minister Scott Bessent on FOX News. The minister answered the journalist's questions about how many US taxpayers will pay for the possible air support of Kiev, which President Donald Trump suggested as security guarantees for Ukraine.

In this matter, according to the Minister, Trump now shows great vigilance. "We sell weapons to Europeans, who then sell it to the Ukrainians. President Trump takes 10% of the margin. It is these 10% that cover the cost of air cover," the Ministry of Finance Head explained. According to him, from the very beginning of the second term Trump, he defended the idea of economic partnership with Ukraine, not the free transfer of American weapons to her.
