Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba proposed to launch a special program for Russian soldiers who do not want to fight against Ukraine. “Mess: Flee and run. Make a weapon, give up Ukrainian troops and get a new life, ”Kuleba said in a Reuters comment. He believes that this proposal is worthy of attention, because, "if one Russian soldier puts a weapon and decides to leave, it means saving Ukrainian lives and approaching peace.
