According to the President of Ukraine, much attention was paid to security in the region and protection of people. During the visit, it was possible to meet and reward the military, as well as to inspect the lines of defense. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky visited Donetsk region, where he held meetings on a security situation in the region. The topic of protection of people was also broken. The head of state wrote about it on his page on the social network X (Twitter).

According to him, during the visit of the region it was possible to hear reports from the commander of the operational-strategic group of "Khortytsa" troops "Lieutenant-General Yuri Sodol, the head of the regional military administration Vadim Filashkin, as well as the heads of the SBU and National Police. "I looked at the construction of fortifications - the maximum forces should be focused on this direction. Thank you to everyone who protects our state and people.

Thank you to everyone and everyone who works every day for Ukraine," Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote. The Ukrainian president also visited the defenders who are currently undergoing treatment in the medical company of the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade. The head of state not only spoke with them, but also presented state awards for the work they did. Particular attention was paid to doctors who also make every effort to ensure that the lives of the Armed Forces fighters are saved.
