The application can be submitted through the mobile application "Action". The main condition is that the affected object should be in a state of recovery and not have significant structural damage. The service is available solely through the mobile app. After installation, the authentication procedure must be performed. In the absence of the object in the registry, it is required to register. Compensation is paid only to a special bank account that cooperates with the Ministry of Defense. Make sure Iban is correct. Specify the full name, date of birth, IPN, the address of the damaged object, IBAN special account and contact information.

If the property is jointly owned, consent can be submitted through "action" or in the form of a paper document with a notarization. Upon submission of the application, you will be sent a notification of its registration and the start of consideration. In case of request from additional documents by the commission, provide them through "action" or CNAP.

The commission will evaluate the damage (usually by leaving the object) and determining the amount of compensation. The funds are credited to a special account. When you have completed the repair, you should notify it through "action" or in paper form. Be sure to add a photo report. If your repair belongs to category B (for example, with redevelopment or complex work), you should also submit an intermediate report after the first stage with photo fixation and checks.
