There should be much more pressure on all schemes that allow Russian military production to work - address of the President

In today's sanctions decrees, political figures - Russian government officials who work for the occupation, propagandists of various stripes who justify Putin, who try to "normalize" the war and "normalize" the occupation, we also send under sanctions collaborators and everyone who works for the Russian war machine. There have already been many attempts in Russia to lie to the world about what is happening.

There were many attempts to disrupt the processes with the United States of America, with Europe. Everything has its own reaction, its own sanctions. Together with our partners in the European Union, we are already preparing the twentieth package of sanctions.

We expect the content of this package to be prepared within a month, and we propose to add to the 20th package of sanctions of the European Union Russian legal entities and individuals who still earn from energy resources, and there will also be an update on kidnappers of Ukrainian children - there should be real global pressure against this, and, of course, there should be much more pressure on all the schemes that allow Russian military production to work. And this is very important.

Every Russian missile, every Russian drone is specific components from other countries, specific countries, without which there simply would be no Russian weapons. Work on this should be much more active, and this is the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in particular. Our new negotiations will be held in the coming weeks for the sake of greater support for the energy sector, first of all - specific solutions, the necessary financing and the equipment we need.

There are countries that are already helping us - in particular, these are the states of Northern Europe - and we are also preparing agreements with the countries of Southern Europe. And it is very important - from a political point of view - such a geographically balanced support of Ukrainians, support of our state in Europe. These days, in most regions, repair crews, power engineers, utility services are actually working around the clock - everyone is involved.

The recovery is ongoing, and although the situation is difficult, thousands of people are involved to stabilize the system and recover from the damage. The Russians have increased their striking power - they use more ballistics in their strikes. And this means for us the need for greater air defense, greater reserves of equipment and clearer and more efficient work in the regions. Today I would like to recognize the employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine - they are always prompt.

And this is how the work of all levels of government, from the government to regions and communities, should be structured. Government officials should be in the regions in person. Maximum efficiency and help to people.
