According to him, the Russians are actively putting pressure on the settlements of Lyman First and Pishchany in order to reach the approaches to an important goal - Kupyansk.

In this context, the commander denied the information that the Russian Federation seems to be running out of armored vehicles. As the Russian assaults show, there is enough armored vehicles — both new and old. Fedorenko added that the Russian Armed Forces have the ability to use various types of armored vehicles — both light "armor" and tanks. "We definitely understand that the enemy has a significant amount of light-armored, armored vehicles of different quality and variety in their caches.

Some of them are new, manufactured by the Russian military-industrial complex, and some of them are restored. But there are armored vehicles," the officer concluded. The military described the new offensive tactics of the Russian Federation, related to stocks of armored vehicles and bad weather. According to him, during bad weather, the effectiveness of using drones-bombers and FPV-drones decreases, because the devices do not "see" well in the fog.

Therefore, the Russians began to use this "window of opportunity": they put the maximum amount of "expendable material, that is, personnel" into the armor and try to break through the defense line, the video said. To cope with this problem, Fedorenko emphasizes the importance of artillery, which is not hindered by bad weather. "Unmanned aerial vehicles lose their power on the battlefield in adverse weather conditions, and artillery continues to keep its mission at a high level.

The Russians attacked near Dobropill in the Pokrovsky direction: 16 armored vehicles of various types attacked at four points near the settlement of Shakhove. To repel the attack, the Ukrainians used mines, barricades, drones and artillery. Another case happened near Malaya Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region. On October 21, the Russians threw forward 26 armored vehicles, which were covered with additional layers of metal and cables.

The attack took place in 5-6 waves, and the fighters of the 118th brigade of the Armed Forces fought back with FPV drones, drones with drops, HIMARS, and artillery.
