The Kremlin has introduced Kirkorov, Lolita and Bilan to the list of forbidden artists

Russian promoters and musical producers were sent a list of 50 Russian performers and bands "banned from concert activity".

The list included the participants of the "almost bare party" Ivleeva, such as Philip Kirkorov and Dima Bilan, artists who did not support the war in Ukraine, and several those who previously performed at "patriotic" concerts in the Russian Federation. The list was published by Meduza. Journalists of the publication note that the list is unofficial. Its producers and promoters received in early February 2024.

Two sources in the music industry, independently of each other, shared a document with journalists. Among the artists "forbidden to concert" in the Russian Federation were the participants of the "almost bare party" Nasty Ivleeva: Philip Kirkorov, Lolita Milyavskaya, Glucose, Dima Bilan, Anna Asti. And also the musicians who opposed the war in Ukraine are the rapper Loqiemean, the band "Accident", singer Max Leonidov, who emigrated to Israel.

But also those who recently performed at "patriotic" concerts. For example, the groups "Mongol Shudan", "Jorsch" and "Lomonosov's Plan", which performed at KinchevFest organized by the leader of the band "Alice" Konstantin Kinchev. In total, 50 artists and music bands. Medusa sources reported that the list was "dropped" from the Kremlin.

And one of the artists who came to him noted that on the eve of Russia's invasion of Ukraine he was warned that such lists would be, and they would be artists who did not change their position. The official Kremlin denies that such lists exist. Although one of the "canceled" artists noted that they were agreed in the management of public centuries of the Presidential Administration, which is headed by Sergei Novikov.

The first list also came to journalists from one of the "canceled" artists in 2022. At that time, the document was handed over to the Fountain, who was in the black list. One of the organizers of concerts in St. Petersburg confirmed the publication that there is such a list, but "it is changing, supplemented daily, but every producer and without a list in the course, which of the artists is undesirable.
